All bookings must be honored. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours before your appointment to retain your deposit.

Rescheduling is allowed once per booking.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
If you request additional services during your appointment, the cost will be added to your final bill.

If you have any custom nail art requests, please send reference images in advance so we can ensure that we match you with a Nail Tech who can provide the service.
